Payment links
Set up a payment profile once, share one @username link, and let customers do the rest: search, fill in the fields you ask for, pick a coin, and pay by QR.
The full flow
- Set up a payment profile with a description and the fields you want.
- Share your public payment link.
- The customer searches your username and enters an amount and a note.
- They fill in the form, pick a currency and network, and pay by QR.
When to use payment links
- One-off or ad-hoc payments, like “Pay @username 500 EUR”.
- Tips, donations, consulting calls, or manual invoices.
- Any case where the payer decides the amount.
1. Set up your payment profile
The profile controls how your public link looks, what the customer has to fill in, and what extra detail you capture on each payment.
- Add a short title and description that customers will see.
- In Customer Fields, turn on the data you require: email, name, address, phone, KYC.
- Add a custom note label if you want, such as “Order ID” or “Booking reference”.
- Turn on the currencies you want to offer, like BTC and USDT.
2. The customer finds you and enters an amount
- They open your link and search for your @username.
- On your profile card they click Pay.
- They enter the amount in the currency you set, like 500 EUR.
- They add the required note plus any custom field you asked for.
3. Collect only the details you need
Next the customer fills in a short form. It shows exactly the fields you turned on, and nothing else.
- Email and full name for receipts and support.
- Address (country, city, state, postal code) when you require it.
- Phone number for higher-risk payments or local rules.
- Your custom field, shown with the label you set.
4. Pick a currency, confirm, and pay by QR
The customer chooses how to pay, confirms a summary, and lands on an invoice page with a QR code, an address, and live status.
- Pick a currency, such as BTC or USDT.
- If it has more than one network, pick one (for example BTC mainnet or Lightning).
- Check the summary (currency, network, amount) before the invoice is created.
- The invoice page shows the QR, the exact crypto amount, the fiat value, a countdown, and a status timeline.
Fit it into your workflow
- Use the custom note label to collect your own IDs so every payment maps back to your system.
- Store the link invoices and statuses in your backend and grant access once they are Paid.
- Turn on more fields for regulated payments, and keep it short for tips.
- Use fixed-amount invoices when you set the price, and payment links when the customer does.
