• Extended public keys (xpubs), if you supply them.

What we do not collect

• Private keys or seed phrases.
• ID documents, unless the law requires it.
• Card details or bank account numbers.

How we use it

• Run the payment tracking service.
• Generate invoices and update payment status.
• Contact you about your account or service updates.
• Keep the system secure and catch misuse or fraud.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. If the law, a regulation, or a court order requires it, we may share the wallet address and transaction data tied to your account with regulators or law enforcement. We share nothing else unless we are legally required to.

Keeping and protecting data

Transaction and wallet data are kept as part of the permanent payment history for audit and compliance. We use standard encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure, but no data sent over the internet or stored on a public blockchain can ever be guaranteed fully secure.
