These terms govern the use of our non-custodial crypto payment tracking platform.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account and using the platform, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for deciding whether our service is legal where you are, and for following the laws that apply to you. The platform is a non-custodial tracking tool. We never hold, store, or manage funds.
What the platform does
- Tracks crypto payments and generates invoices, without custody.
- Manages the wallet addresses you use to receive payments.
- Detects blockchain transactions to your addresses in real time.
- Classifies payment status: paid, underpaid, overpaid, partial.
- Works out the remaining amount when a payment comes in parts.
- Connects to supported e-commerce platforms.
Non-custodial by design
We do not hold, store, or control funds. We do not route payments through our own wallets. We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund a blockchain transaction. All funds go straight to the addresses you provide. Our job is to track and display the activity.
Your responsibilities
- Provide correct, valid wallet addresses.
- Make sure your payment requests are accurate.
- Decide whether using the service is allowed where you are.
- Handle disputes, refunds, and settlements with your payers.
- Take care of any tax reporting or filings you owe.
Risks to understand
By using the platform you accept the risks of network delays or congestion, entering a wrong address, transactions you cannot reverse, price swings, under or overpayments and non-payment by customers, and rule changes that affect your ability to receive payments.
Liability
- The platform is provided as is, with no warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use.
- We are not responsible for missed, lost, wrong, delayed, underpaid, or overpaid transactions.
- We are not responsible for whether you or your payers follow the laws that apply to you.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the place where our entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
